Where does Linjer ship?
Linjer ships to 40 countries:
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
- Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, and more
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and more
- Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free!

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on www.linjer.co. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

How long will delivery take?
We generally ship orders within 1 business day of when you place your order; this may extend to 2 business days if there is a public holiday. 

Outside Europe, webshop orders are sent with courier (usually FedEx or DHL) from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Deliveries takes 2-5 business days, although it can be shorter. We'll send you a tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

For orders going to Europe, our free shipping option uses postal mail. During checkout, customers have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service with courier (usually DHL) for $20. Deliveries take 3-5 business days with courier, and ~6-14 business days with postal. We'll send you a tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. Please allow more time during peak holiday season (end of November/December).

Europe with default free shipping - Tuesday, December 11 before 11:59pm local time
Europe with express shipping option for $20 [select on checkout] - Sunday, December 16 before 11:59pm local time
Hong Kong - Thursday, December 20 before 8:30am HKT
Everywhere else - Monday, December 17 before 11:59pm local time

Please note that we are not able to offer express shipping upgrades for anywhere except Europe. We also cannot guarantee any delivery times.

What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns

What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Linjer items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS!: Orders placed between November 22 and December 15 have an extended returns window -- you have until January 15, 2019 to initiate a return (rather than the normal 30-day window).

What's not eligible for return? We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded itemspre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale".

What's the return process?
We are pleased to offer simple returns in these countries:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Hong Kong
  • Canada (for watches, watch straps and wallets only)

Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. 

...otherwise: Return parcels must be sent to a specific address in Oslo, Norway (if you're in Norway), Slough, England (if you're in the EU), or Hong Kong (if you're anywhere else). The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
