Leather Goods: Lifetime Warranty

We're proud of our leather goods, and we believe you'll love them as much as we do. We believe in our craftsmanship, materials, and designs so strongly that we warranty them against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the customer.

This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under responsible use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or wear and tear. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

 

 

Watches: 2 Year Warranty

We guarantee your watch (including the watch strap) to be free of any manufacturing defect for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
